Balconi

Born in Milan in 1953, Balconi Dolciaria is part of VALEO FOODS (Irish Group) from May 2015.
The company is specialized in high quality sponge cake-based products and biscuits and it counts two plants: one in Milan (sponge cakes) and one in Verona (wafers and biscuits).
Balconi is considered as co-leader in the “sponge cakes field”, among the top 3 Italian manufacturers of confectionery and bakery items; more than 50% of sales are in export.

Quality standards are internationally certified by ISO 9001, BCR, IFS, HACCP and others.
No OGM, nor preservatives or additives are used in Balconi’s products and a strict control over raw materials is made in the internal laboratory.

Cabrioni

Cabrioni company is located in Carpineti (Emilia Romagna region), in the Apennine mountains, almost 800 meters above sea level, among woods, hills and springs of pure water.

Shapes, aromas and flavours of Cabrioni biscuits are well characterized by time and experience.
Recipes have been handed over from generation to generation and this point represents Cabrioni’s strength.

Each ingredient is carefully selected and processed, to meet highest quality standards and produce great products. Without palm oil, artificial flavours, hydrogenated fats, GMOs, preservatives and dyes, Cabrioni’s products are suitable to everybody: adults and children.

Main products are:
– Cookies in different flavours (with chocolate drops, wholemeal flour and others)
– Wafers in hazelnut or vanilla flavour
– Bigné, ready to be filled as you prefer

The whole warehouse, completely automated, can manage orders and deliveries in a very short time, so to maintain a freshness otherwise unobtainable.

Casa Milo

The activity started in 1870 in Bitonto, Apulia region, making Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Nowadays, portfolio includes several items, like highest quality pasta and bakery products.
Focused on “Made in Italy” specialities and products typical of the Mediterranean diet, Casa Milo would like to be considered as a Mediterranean diet laboratory.
Total plant area counts on 28.000 sqm and production area occupies 4.000 sqm.

Thanks to its own internal laboratory, all raw materials and finished products are checked.
To guarantee quality standards, Casa Milo is internationally certified by BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS and others.
Committed in environmental sustainability, the plant uses a photovoltaic system that provides 50% of the electricity.

Cradel

Cradel company was founded in 1989, thanks to the experience and knowledge of confectionaries and home-baked bread handed over generations.
Tradition, passion and homemade authenticity are the qualities that Cradel daily puts into the preparation of its products.
The only plant is located in Verzuolo (Piedmont), no product is made elsewhere. This allows Cradel to keep a direct check on ingredients, which are carefully chosen from the best available.

Main products belong to Italian traditions, like:
– Bugie: traditional carnival pastries, fried in best quality vegetable oil, dried and filled after cooking with jam or chocolate or cream or others
– Non-fried bugie: same product type, but entirely oven-baked and without filling
– Rusk biscuits: born in the XIX Century in Piedmont, rusk biscuits represent a good alternative to bread for breakfast to accompany jam or chocolate; recipe is very simple: bread with the addition of very little vegetable margarine and sugar, in the sweet recipe. Simple, but delicious and genuine
– Cakes and jams tarts
– Crumble tarts
– Tegolette biscuits
– Melighe biscuits, with corn flour
– Butter cookies with chocolate, rice, caramel flavours

Fulmer

Apiary founded in 1929 in Hungary, Fulmer company has the mission to bring honey from the beehives to your table, while fully preserving all the natural values stemming from the flowers and the bees.

Nowadays, honey is one of the rare products that is naturally genuine and available as nature provides it.
We have to say thank you to the bees, which travel to the millions of flowers of the forests and fields, collecting the nectar and maturing it to honey. Fulmer Apiary works through a wide network of small beekeepers. Priority is to preserve all the values of the honey while processing it. It is also important to keep its individuality.
Thanks to latest development, Fulmer’s laboratory and filling lines can handle many honeys, testing, filling and labelling them with the individual beekeeper’s names. In this way a large audience can be reached with producers’ honeys professionally packed and controlled.

Masini

Located in Lastra a Signa near Firenze (Toscana region), Masini Biscotti has a long story which starts in 1929 as a small bakery. Nowadays, the company still relies on traditional recipes, combined with modern technologies.
Production is focused on typical Tuscany cookies, generally known as Cantuccini Toscani PGI with almonds, also available with chocolate drops. The portfolio includes also a wide range of organic cookies and pastries with butter.
Currently exporting in more than 25 countries, Masini works with its own company brand and under private label as well.
Main Customers belong to foodservice, premium retailers and supermarkets and, to guarantee highest quality standards, Masini has main quality international certifications, like BRC, IFS, ISO9001 and Sedex.

Pontevecchio

Dolciaria Pontevecchio born in 1987 in Cerreto Guidi, near Firenze, aiming to produce bundt cakes and oven-baked cakes in wrought paste respecting tradition and authenticity. Few healthy and carefully selected ingredients and a special processing for a family recipe, jealously guarded for years.
This is how cakes and ciambelle are made: without colourings, preservatives or hydrogenated fats, without emulsifiers or GMO ingredients, following Tuscany traditions and recipes.

The owners, a couple loving its own work, succeeded in transmitting this passion to new generations: so, Andrea and Nadia’s sons fell in love with the work of their parents, learning their secrets and values.
And they decided to turn the family activity making into a business. Traditional recipes are combined with modern technologies, in a plant that can guarantee high production capacity while maintaining high quality standards.
Main Customers are supermarket chains in Italy, Europe and abroad.
