The company's commercial heritage derives from the international trading activities developed by its founder and management since the 1990s.

Prior to the incorporation of the current corporate entity, activities were conducted under POLYBROKERS Food & Wine Solutions. The business was subsequently contributed to POLYBROKERS S.A.R.L., incorporated in the Principality of Monaco in 2008 and registered in 2009 under RCI No. 09S04975.
